Returns & Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your artwork to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your artwork must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

We only accept returns on shipments to the UK and EU countries. For more information on damaged, missing or lost shipments on international orders please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Postage and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We request you use a specialised courier service that offers tracking and a fully insured service. In the event your return is damaged, missing or lost during its return shipping you may no longer be entitled for a refund.

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please post your return within 14 days. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you would like to exchange your artwork for another you will need to return the artwork you have by following the returns procedure above. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new artwork.

If your order arrives defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please photograph any damage, including any damage to the packaging and hold onto all the packaging until the issue is resolved. More information about damaged, missing or lost shipments can be found in our Shipping Policy.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
