Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12pm (GMT/BST) through to Sunday, or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

If you would like to cancel your order please notify us immediately. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and will have to be returned in order to claim a refund. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy.

You will receive a shipping tracking number via email from the courier service selected during checkout. This may only be active after 24 hours. You may be asked to sign for the package upon delivery.

Outlined below are the couriers, shipping services, delivery times and rates per our shipment zones. Delivery times are in addition to the processing time outlined above. Business days are from Monday to Friday excluding holidays.

International Shipping

Most international orders are subject to Customs Duty and Tax regulations specified by the designated country. All orders are shipped DAP (Delivered-at-Place, previously known as DDU). This means that Studio Anna is responsible for the delivery of your order to its destination, but the buyer is responsible for paying import duties and other costs.

For more information regarding custom policies and what fees you may be charged, please contact your country’s local customs office.

Any hold-ups in paying import duties and other costs may result in your shipment being further delayed. If your shipment is successfully returned to sender as a result of failure to pay import duties and other fees, you will be refunded the value of your order excluding the shipping rate paid on purchase. Damaged, Missing or Lost

All shipments are sent tracked. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. A shipment is considered missing or lost if it has not arrived within 10 business days of it's estimated delivery date.

All orders are shipped insured to the full value of your order. In the event your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please photograph any damage, including any damage to the packaging and hold onto all the packaging until the issue is resolved.

We will initiate an insurance claim with the courier which must be finalised before customer compensation or product replacement can take place. Once a claim has been conducted it may take up to 30 calendar days for it to be finalised.
